you know damn well it didn't get parkland coverage, that and the fact you actually chase stuff down. the teachers strategy? like everything else in life, great when it works, not so great when it don't. but you never know till you try. just like a defensive handgun. might work, might not. but guaranteed not to work if you don't have it. sorta like a seatbelt.

you know damn well it didn't get parkland coverage, Of course not. It didn't become a mass shooting, with multiple deaths. Actually, my husband gets notices of breaking news on his phone. Agreed. I think it'll take more than one 'solution'. Like with seatbelts, they (every now and then) cause greater injury, but as a whole, when used, they save lives.

Like with seatbelts, they (every now and then) cause greater injury, but as a whole, when used, they save lives. yes, it will take various options. you just don't hear the media expounding on the virtues of concealed carry. just like with seatbelts and motorcycle helmets, guns may sometimes cause greater injury, but as a whole, when actually carried , they save lives. read a book called the armed citizen. (btw I attended an auto accident once where the seatbelt cut the carotid artery on a women. she didn't go through the windshield but she did die. nothing comes with a guarantee)
