Trump should look into military death row. There are a few there we need to get rid of, as well.

I know very little about guns but why does a man have a glock pistol and a AK-47 rifle if he is hunting in a wildlife park? Because the "hunting" story is horse manure. He was jacklighting deer. And he had the Glock with him in case the game warden came along, which one did.

Given that people have ended up with barking, I guess we can conclude that the death penalty is as pointless as this discussion. ...but the barking still isn't as irrelevant as the opinions of a Euroweenie scumpal.

Actually, I just finished reading a fiction book (The Chamber by John Grisham) about an execution in Mississippi. It almost felt like a "true crime" novel. As I recall, that was a dramatization of a true crime. Good movie, too. I cheered when they gassed the old fart at the end. The depiction is accurate. When the gurney looms, it's "say anything" time. Hence things like the tard card, recanting witnesses, etc. As I said above, it's not about the poor schlub we're going to whack any more, it's about "the cause," and the condemned be damned. (as of course, they are.)

The antis don't care. It's not about him any more, it's about the DP, and if they have to essentially torture him with false hope for the cause, they will. This is the perfect demonstration of that attitude.

I'm fascinated by a Euroweenie who lives thousands of miles from the U.S. in a socialist paradise populated by all pale people who surfs the Atlantic on the 'net to comment on another country's justice system. As if we care.
I understand your dump is importing a Muzzie problem. Good luck to you with that. When you're wearing a burka and decide to dial the same 911 the rest of the world does when the brown stuff hits the fan, expect to be put on hold. Forever.
Oh, yeah, "cruel, vicious, heartless monsters." That' us, all right. Guess that's why our borders are overwhelmed with people who don't seem to care that, very occasionally, we whack a vicious a-hole who richly deserves it.

You're yet again proving your inability to use search engines, professor. I haven't been a City of Gilroy library commissioner for almost a decade now.

On the other hand, maybe he's just ignoring you, as so many here do.
It seems to me, as well, that a college professor should be able to do his own homework.

I haven't heard of a decision from the 8th circuit yet. Anybody know how long Missouri's death warrants run? This human turd could have dodged the bullet yet again.

The usual gankplank appeals extant. 8th circuit is considering, SCOTUS has issued a stay until they decide, probably momentarily.

Yes, I can. I know quite a few PIs. My ladyfriend is one, for instance. But I've never asked her for help researching you. I don't think she would if I asked, anyway. And it wasn't really that important, just enjoyable.
Uh huh. You need a better memory. You also spun a *bullcrap* story about how "honky bouffant" came from your DI in boot camp. Remember that?
You need to do a little research about the relationship between Navy corpsmen, as I was, and Marines, civilian.

And I have gotten to know Bob so much better. I've lived a very public life as an elected official, (part-time) professor. Can you say the same? I'm still laughing at your "Honky" persona, when you were (allegedly) a USMC vet, and then identified a picture of a soldier as a Marine. That'd get *your rear* kicked in any Marine Corps barracks there ever was.

Of course it is. "Name and shame" is as old as Alinsky's "Rules for Radicals."
And I might point out that this is the purpose of this thread, as well.

And no compelling interest? I'm not so sure. For instance, are you posting here during time you're being paid by the people of the State of California?
Why the secrecy?

There are dangerous and unstable elements in the Black Lives Matter movement, just as there are dangerous and unstable elements in the police. If this is to be solved without further bloodshed, the police have to acknowledge that there are significant racism issues and take significant measures to deal with this - just like the BlackLivesMatter movement have to clear up their acts and support constructive change rather than hate. Long story short: Both sides have their issues, and both are to blame. So if you're in trouble, call an angry Negro?

In the British Commonwealth, there wouldn't be a town without some type of fish and chips store. Same here. Many fast food restaurants have it on the menu, as well as sit-down types. Diners? Not many, but some.

No. The Constitution directly addresses, and thus authorizes, the DP in the Fifth Amendment. No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.
