I need help writing a pro essay i went over the threads and iv read peoples help and stuff. I am a 8th grade student and if anyone could give me good books or websites or even ideas. I need at least 1 book and 2 websites for it. If anyone could really give me a good idea or find a good paper i could use to help me write it i would be really gratefully. Thanks for everything and these forums are awesome.

Begin with a few vivid facts from an actual case. Then question the reader how this makes them feel.
Then move on to reasons for being pro. Plenty of actual facts and statistics on this site. Try to stay focused. This could get really big easily.
Example - just write whether it is ok for juveniles to be put to death.
Or what is the difference between federal and state.
Are we really racially biased? Sexually biased? (My state actually has more white people on deathrow than black)
Are poor people really under represented by dumb, sleepy, drunk lawyers?
Lots of ways to focus. Just pick and keep focused.

There are links up above meant primarily for students, such as your self. Personally, I think the subject is a bit too gruesome for someone your age. I believe the best argument for the death penalty are the actions of the murderers. Also, antis always downplay the heinousness of the crime. As far as books: In Cold Blood. As far as websites: besides this one, I suggest the Clark County District Attorney DP site.
