I have looked through the site, I am currently in the process of reading the Death Penalty paper, the issues, and I am sifting through the discussion forum. I am preparing for a debate and curious if anyboyd knows the figures dealing with recommitted crimes and prison escapes. How often do people escape, of those how many people recommitt crimes? Is it significant enough to support the death penalty?
Thank you very much

Is it significant enough to support the death penalty? Once is significant. You should hope that they argue that the murder of one person is not significant. You should be prepared to jump on that if they are stupid enough to try it. Have you looked at the "once a murderer" link on the main board.

But yeah, thanks, definitely will pounce if they argue that
