Does anyone know where I can find any articles or testimonials about a killer who should have gotten the death penatly but instead was sentenced life without parole, life with parole, etc.
Any help is greatly appreciated!

:(jen i am against death penatly because i have a brother that is jail and he is on death row on a crime that he didn't committ and when he went to trial they didn't have any evidence that he murder his bestfriend. What do you think about that story or that situation?

What do you think about that story or that situation? If there had been no evidence, then the judge would have directed a verdict of "not guilty" when the prosecutor finished presenting his case. Then the judge would have discharged the jury.

Then the judge would have discharged the jury. Sometimes, just sometimes Donnie, judges have looked at what they believed to be evidence and got it wrong. Particularly circumstancial evidence or so called witness testimony is not always impartial and can be relied upon 100%. Heck there are cases in the US where folk are sentenced to death on the testimony of other criminals, so it seems they are believed when what they say suits the prosecution.

Wayne Coleman and George Dundee. Read about them at the link below. There is also a book about the case, Blood Echos. It is out of print but can be bought used. I don't know when they will be paroled, but it may be soon. Billy Issacs was released years ago. I am doing a research/ arrgumentive 8page paper on why i support the death penalty and i wanted to know if anyone knew of any good sites to visit?? because i can not seem to find any really! good ones???
