Sharon Ann Taylor was just 37 years old, the mother of three young children when she was murdered by Roger E. Chavez. She was the victim of domestic violence. Chavez stabbed her 18 times, she was pronounced dead at the scene. Chavez, after being convicted of second degree murder was sentenced to 16 years to life. He had his first parole date in 2002 after serving only nine years in prison. Once again the Taylor family is asking for help. Your letters to the board will be greatly appreciated. Let's keep this criminal in prison.
