Watch for Gayland Bradford....he has a low IQ & the pin heads are pushing hard to have him declared "retarded".
Does this mean that we get to execute all convicted murderers who have a high IQ?
He was scheduled for October 14 last year but received a stay due to his IQ.
Seems unlikely he will get away with it again.
