Definitely not innocent, most likely did it...mitigating: One of my TN pen-pals (also on their DR), told me in letter prior to Abu's scheduled execution date, that he and Abu used to be "friends", but Abu, over past 6yrs, become total "basket case" mentally, and has been living in isolation about that length of time.

Know he got last-minute stay, question is....can his attys. prove the man is incompetent for execution?
