justice. February 2009 was only the 3rd month since I have been here that all the scheduled executions for a month went forward. There were no stays or clemency's handed out. Lets hope this a trend that continues. The other two times this has happened are Oct. 2004, and Sept 2002.

The month hasn't even started and already one clemency and two stays have been handed out to inmates with serious dates.
