Well give him what he requests but in a gas chamber. He's such a horrible guy he should be gassed rather just be rendered lethal injection.

I had a question about the electric chair in Virginia. I know in the death chamber there is a curtain that separates the injection chamber from the electric chair, but is there a witness room from each chamber?

I had a question about the electric chair in Virginia. I know in the death chamber there is a curtain that separates the injection chamber from the electric chair, but is there a witness room from each chamber? Nope, there is one viewing room on the front of the chamber facing the chair. During a lethal injection a curtain with a window in it is drawn across the room and the gurney is put in front of it. The execution team stands behind the curtain where the chair is. Lets just wait and see what happens.

This one is still happening, and the electric chair is the chosen method. His attornies are still trying to stop it, claiming he is incompetent. progress-index.com/news/va-inmate-set-for-execution-fighting-to-bar-appeal-1.1426454I love Gleason's comment about one of his attornies: "This is just a ploy to stretch this out, either to line his pockets or his conscience about someone being executed," Gleason said of Sheldon's claims. He added: "I deserve this. I've hurt people."

He si even giving credible rationale for his decision insofar as saying he does not want to extend it for his own family's sake. I think his defence are wasteing their time in the mental health arena.

washington.cbslocal.com/2013/01/16/u-s-supreme-court-wont-block-planned-va-execution/It's a sad commentary when it comes down to the killer doing the right thing for the right reasons, instead of the courts. We need to bring back mandatory death sentences. Too rare. It shouldn't be the inmate's choice, and lethal injection should not be one of the options. Hanging would be preferable for most murders, but since it takes some skill to do a long-drop hanging, and the general public is still a little squeamish about traditional execution methods, standardize on electrocution for now, with reassurances that it's painless and the most humane and nearly foolproof method now in use. The photo in the article looks like stock photography. The real Virginia electric chair is here: www.heraldonline.com/2013/01/16/4548942/va-inmate-who-fought-for-death.html

'Kiss my azz', put me on the highway to Jackson and call my Irish buddies': Defiant last words of death row killer as he is strapped to the electric chair Where the hell did this oik learn Gaelic? I obviously speak more Welsh than Irish Gaelic but surprised this idiot could even pronounce it.

At least he went out without whining.
The Death Row inmate admitted he deserved to die during a string of interviews over the last three years. He said: “Why prolong it? The end result’s gonna be the same. The death part don’t bother me. This has been a long time coming. It’s called karma.”

I hope family members of his victims find closure from conduct of justice and law enforcement. Anyone who deliberately takes ones life should pay with his own life. This is stated by the Old Testament recognized by All humans on earth.
