Man! You got that right! ("Not soon enough.") :-) Muma? You talk about a lot of, nonsense and bunk?! He's one of those Goons(!") got Himself a FanClub. The type that spray paints stupid things like ..."Free Numnuts ... Mumnuts on public spaces and infrastructure. When, Mumia is nothing but a murderer. A police (officer's) murderer, in his case. Pennsylvania sentences a whole bunch of them. (And so they should. :-) ) But whata they do?

OH, you mean wesley cook? I thought he's off DR & livin' large behind bars. What did I miss? The last I heard was the decision throwing out his death sentence was under appeal and a few months ago blakely sent me a court decision and it doesn't bode well for this vile creature.

Hi, Blakely,
Would it be possible to post a link to the decision that Tozzie is referring to? Or was it the decision from the district court affirming guilt, but reversing the sentencing?
Thanks,
kma367

Uh, no. It was a copy of the third circuit COA docket last entry dated 10/19/05. I was pointing out that the court was requiring the parties to address the USSC holding in Beard v. Banks, which in effect reverses Yohn's ruling on the sentence.
Shortly after that date, while the court reaffirmed most issues, it did grant certificates of appealability on a couple of other issues. However, if memory serves me right, they are not great issues for the defense.
