pro death penalty

Hello, I'm writing a paper for school about the death penalty (pro). I want to start the paper telling the story of a really sad/hideous rape/murder case to catch the reader's attention. I found one the other day but I forgot to bookmark the site and now can't find it . So if anyone could point me to such a case ( the best would be of a prisoner that escaped or was released from death row and raped/murdered a young girl again) I would appreciate it.

There was at least one fellow who was on CA DR prior to the temp DP ban, which changed the sentences for all on CA DR to life, who murdered again and is now back on CA DR. Charles Manson was in this group of folks.
