What it all boils down to is even the innocent project is not 100 %, they are flawed. People WILL still want to NOT admit they were wrong in their assumptions, even after the person is exonerated. Even though some who were exonerated" murder again.

It's coming up to a month now since Rocky claimed that the innocence project busted 12 people off the row who went on to murder. I searched on the internet for some account of this, but came up with nothing. When challenged, Rocky and white diamonds provided us with a bewildering array of links, from all over the world, of people who served their time and killed again, people who were exonerated and then went on to commit tax evasion, and so on. There was even a link showing that, allegedly, a member of the innocence project framed a man in order to exonerate someone else. But not one link showing that someone exonerated from death row by the innocence project (or by anyone) went on to commit murder.
I think a month is patience enough. Can we now conclude that there are no links to be had? (Or at least, that there definitely aren't 12 of them?)

On the other hand, maybe he's just ignoring you, as so many here do.
It seems to me, as well, that a college professor should be able to do his own homework.

Heh. There aren't many here to ignore me. Which is just the way I like it.
No matter how much homework you do, you can't find what isn't there. A library commissioner ought to know that.

You're yet again proving your inability to use search engines, professor. I haven't been a City of Gilroy library commissioner for almost a decade now.

If Porter was innocent, it's possible for the system to make serious mistakes. Abolish the DP. If Simon was framed, it's possible for the system to make serious mistakes. Abolish the DP. Either way, you lose. JUST GOT DONE WATCHING "MURDER IN THE PARK" on Showtime. This was about how Porter was released from death row after sleazy Professor Protess(sp) and his even sleazier private investigator and a bunch of very naive students did the most disgusting acts to get this murderer out. This same professor and his merry band of lying, manipulating, sleazy dirtbags also managed to frame Simon. I am now more grounded in my beliefs in defending the victims and to make sure that radical antis are exposed for what they are. Don't believe me, watch the documentary "MURDER IN THE PARK". I'm sure "Making a murderer" will be proven to be the same kind of garbage as this. This is the argument that you think should end the DP, bernard? Really I mean Really?

This is the argument that you think should end the DP, bernard? Really I mean Really? If it's this easy for some sleaze bag prof and his dopey students to frame someone, how easy do you think it has been for organized criminals over the years?

Another lame reason by Bernard to have no DP at all ....

Organized criminals is right. that is exactly what was proven by this case. The innocence project is nothing but organized criminals. Glad you admitted it.

If framing people is typical of what the innocence project is up to then I will happily admit that they are organized criminals. My point stands, though.

Speaking of time, it's now 4 months since you and rocky said that the innocence project busted 12 people off the row who went on to murder. You still haven't named one between you, let alone 12.

Making the execution public would send the wrong message. An execution should be done in a solemn way ,avoiding any 'entertainment' spectacle.

Why Benard, you really have no patience. articles.baltimoresun.com/keyword/innocence-projectHere's one for you! I'm not suggesting anything, but they are very hidden due to the innocence project announcing every victory and swamping the web. Did you know in most states death penalty attorney's are paid big bucks to take these cases? So a 15 year old girl, that's ok Benard? The innocence project frames a mentally disabled man to free a murderer- that's ok Benard? I'll tell you this, I'm researching this in a way that can't be stopped, and I'm going to publicize both the victims and the amounts the defense attorneys made. You know how you define a scumbag? They lie, even if that means a 15 year old girl gets raped and brutally murdered. I can't wait to get the dollar amount the defense attorney's were paid in this one! I can tell you from the other cases I've researched it's usually around 500k. Please be patient Benard, more to come- promise. It has been eight months since you posted this Rocky. You can no longer chide me for lack of patience. So. Where are the promised links?

I had not seen any posts by him for quite sometime so I thought he may have passed on. So, if you don't mind my asking, when did you and Bob become friends on FaceBook?

Not about everything! Bob is a perspicacious man. He's good at seeing right through the crap. When I came here as Honky, I tried to disguise my writing style, my background, even my personality. Bob saw through it in about eight posts and correctly identified me as a previous poster from years before, also guessing my age to within a few years and correctly deducing my college major. Kinda made a mockery of my attempts at disguise. If I remember right, he was a reporter back when reporters were interested in ferreting out the truth.
