Bob ( cali) has always been Cali. As majority of posters here maintain the same screen name. Each name you have used shows a different personality along with it. If you do not lie? Everybody lies. Anyone who claims they don't is a liar. Was Honky a lie? Is Ian Mckellen lying when he pretends he is Gandalf? Ya know" what they call white lie's is a big difference than to lie just to lie. Guess, I am a rare person I have no reason to lie, or play different personalities. I did lie when I was 8 or nine yrs old, I was told I had to go to confession or I would go to hell. So, I did not know what I had to confess to, I made up a few things to keep out of trouble. I gave up fantasy & pretending to be someone else in my younger yrs. Why would anyone need to keep coming back under different personalities with each name ? I see that a lot on prison profiles though A.K.A.

And I have gotten to know Bob so much better. I've lived a very public life as an elected official, (part-time) professor. Can you say the same? I don't know any private investigators to give me research tips. Can you say the same? I'm still laughing at your "Honky" persona, when you were (allegedly) a USMC vet, and then identified a picture of a soldier as a Marine. That marine thing got started when Honky used Hollywood heartthrob Sam Worthington, the star of "Avatar", as his... avatar. When the local geniuses thought it was supposed to be a picture of Honky, Honky photoshopped Worthington's face into a marine's uniform, then onto a muscleman, then onto a fisherman who had just landed a 200b freshwater perch. And still it took a while for some of the brain-boxes to catch on. So yeah, I suppose Honky was a musclebound ex-marine master fisherman who looked just like the star of "Clash of the Titans". The marines told you this while injured? Or in a state of Repose?

If I adopted different personas in the past, that's (partly) because I don't want to talk about bernard. I want to talk about the death penalty. Of course it doesn't work. If I come here under a fake persona, everybody wants to know who I am. And if I come here with my own name, sleuths like bob feel the need to reveal more. Not sure why I am so fascinating. What I have not lied about is the topic at issue, i.e. the dp.

Yes, I can. I know quite a few PIs. My ladyfriend is one, for instance. But I've never asked her for help researching you. I don't think she would if I asked, anyway. And it wasn't really that important, just enjoyable.
Uh huh. You need a better memory. You also spun a *bullcrap* story about how "honky bouffant" came from your DI in boot camp. Remember that?
You need to do a little research about the relationship between Navy corpsmen, as I was, and Marines, civilian.

No, you can't. Read the question carefully. I was crediting you with the ability to recognize a knowing wink. Perhaps I overestimated you. Yeah lol. But if I remember correctly, Honky never said anything about no marines. Don't encourage me to research. I tend to overdo it.

Actually your not fascinating, Honky was. Good. Not really, he went nuts with hours & days of postings miles long post, he placed in snippets which he made to look anyway he wanted ( got caught) at that point it was near his ending here as Honky" He was entertainment only at the end. I never thought his photo used was him, it was obvious...no one would confront him on that, many on sites use characters not their own pic. His ego was outrages. He should be in the entertainment business. You have many facets to your personality Bernard. Also majority use screen names online sites as this but, different personalities is pretty far out there.

OMG! Bernard I am a Marine! Little bit of a hypocrit about the secrecy thing huh! Links will come, it's true, I have to dig it out. It was a topic with another organization I'm in. Bernard what with the AK for a symbol? A weapon responsible for more deaths by terrorists, dictators and commies? Here's another one Benard- 57 percent of those sentenced to life murder again in prison.

You also made the claim, which means you're on the hook as well. On the hook my ass, with you? Correct. If you want to actually win your point and make your case (as opposed to just soliciting validation from your own choir) you need to back up your claims with evidence. You should have learned this at school.

Why Benard, you really have no patience. articles.baltimoresun.com/keyword/innocence-projectHere's one for you! I'm not suggesting anything, but they are very hidden due to the innocence project announcing every victory and swamping the web. Did you know in most states death penalty attorney's are paid big bucks to take these cases? So a 15 year old girl, that's ok Benard? The innocence project frames a mentally disabled man to free a murderer- that's ok Benard? I'll tell you this, I'm researching this in a way that can't be stopped, and I'm going to publicize both the victims and the amounts the defense attorneys made. You know how you define a scumbag? They lie, even if that means a 15 year old girl gets raped and brutally murdered. I can't wait to get the dollar amount the defense attorney's were paid in this one! I can tell you from the other cases I've researched it's usually around 500k. Please be patient Benard, more to come- promise.

The victim is a 15 year old boy. And the answer is no. Not ok. You were supposed to bring 12 cases of inmates exonerated of murder and consequently released from death row by the innocence project. This is a case where the murderer was not exonerated. He was retried, pled Alford, was consequently found guilty but was released after time served. And he wasn't on death row. So 0/12. Next.

You claimed that "And, those let out of DR on technicalities, were not exonerated of the crime. Then over a dozen murdered when released !!!" So we are looking for a dozen people who were (1) let out on technicalities (2) from death row (3) and then went onto murder. Rocky additionally claims that (4) the innocence project played a role in busting them off the row. You're together batting 0 for 12 at the moment. Let's see how these latest suggestions stack up. Steven Avery: Released on DNA evidence, not a technicality. Was not released from death row. (He was in prison for rape, not murder.) Verdict: FAIL. 0/12. Thaddeus Jimenez: Was released on DNA evidence, not a technicality. Was not released from death row. Went on to commit lesser offenses after jail, NOT murder. Verdict: FAIL. 0/12. Chad Heins: Cleared on DNA evidence, not a technicality. Went on to commit tax fraud, NOT murder. Verdict: FAIL. 0/12. Andre Davis: Cleared on DNA evidence, not a technicality. Was not released from death row. Was serving an ordinary prison sentence. Wasn’t released by the innocence project. Verdict: FAIL. 0/12. Michael McAlister: Originally served time for rape, not murder, and wasn't on death row. Offense after jail was DUI, NOT murder. Verdict: FAIL. 0/12. So 0/12 so far. But I'll get to your other links.

This contains no evidence of anyone released from death row who went on to kill again. You're still at 0/12. To be honest, I'm a bit surprised. I predicted you'd fall short of the twelve, but I did think you'd at least get ONE.
