They have murdered another innocent simply because he was a black man. Why would a jury that was mostly black want to murder an innocent black man?

www.thirdage.com/news/troy-davis-records-describe-his-last-day_10-06-2011Troy Davis last hours before his execution on Sept. 21 involved intense prayer, a long wait for the execution and being caught taking a nap. The Associated Press reported that they obtained document about Davis, whose execution was part of a global outcry largely on doubts that he wasn’t the person who killed Savannah police officer Mark MacPhail in 1989. For instance, Davis vowed to fast to protest his execution only to ask for food as efforts to delay the execution dragged on. While the last-minute appeal scuttled the scheduled 7 p.m. execution, guards caught him taking an hour-long nap.
Audio transcripts released through an open records request described his last words, urging supporters to “continue to fight this fight.” NPR reported that the funeral for Troy Davis on Saturday celebrated him as “martyr and foot soldier” in the fight against the death penalty. More than a 1,000 people packed Savannah’s Jonesville Baptist Church to pay their last respects to a man who, until the end, claimed innocence for his crimes. "Troy's last words that night were he told us to keep fighting until his name is cleared in Georgia," said NAACP President Benjamin Jealous. "But most important, keep fighting until the death penalty is abolished and this can never be done to anyone else."

Roger Keith Coleman proclaimed his innocence up until the very end, too. Too bad for him that the progress of forensic science marched on after his execution and DNA testing proved he was a liar. What a shocker. (NOT!)

There was never any doubt about Coleman. Again, the anti PR machine just kept spinning this b.s. that he was innocent ignoring the fact that there was a ton of evidence that he raped and murdered Wanda. On top of that: There was dna test #1, that matched him, made even stronger by the fact that he had some sort of weird blood type. He was a violent sex offender. He had just lost his job and was angry. He had more than enough time and opportunity to murder her. He flunked a lie detector test. Still, his fluffers kept demanding another post morteum dna test. And when it again proved positive, they still whined that the test was rigged or some sort of crap. You can't placate these assholes and it is a mistake to even attempt to do so. What about his lawyer- he bought it hook line & sinker the guy believed in him all them years only to get the dna results to find out it was a match After he was executed-he was crushed.
